The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota welcomes Bayan Sabermanesh as Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Operations – Rooms

Sabermanesh’s career with The Ritz-Carlton brand stretches back nearly 20 years.

SARASOTA, FL – In 2004, Bayan Sabermanesh’s career with The Ritz-Carlton began as a Laundry Valet at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Atlanta. Today, The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota announce that Sabermanesh has joined its executive team in a key role as Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Operations – Rooms.

“Bayan is a passionate and experienced leader with an expansive history in hotel operations spanning ten roles in the Rooms Division,” said the property’s General Manager, Rajesh Khubchandani. “Over the last 19 years, he has brought an inspirational spirit and collaborative business approach to each property he served in the company — and we are extremely fortunate to have his expertise at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.”

A graduate of Dastegheib University in Shiraz, Iran, Sabermanesh has received over a dozen awards and honors while holding numerous operational positions in The Ritz-Carlton Rooms Division. During his time with The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, between 2012 and 2015, he improved Guest Satisfaction by 3.5% and Front Office Employee Engagement by 7% while achieving Green Zone Results in Ritz-Carlton’s Brand Standard Audit. This was followed by achieving Green Zone in Guest Satisfaction for the first time since the hotel’s opening in 1984. In 2016 Sabermanesh took on the role of Front of House Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. During his time here, he achieved Green Zone Performance in Brand Standards Audit and improved Front of House Employee Engagement in the Green Zone, all while supporting with the execution of the property’s $20 million rooms re-imagination project.

For the last five years, Sabermanesh served as the Executive Director of Operations, Rooms, at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta where he continued to showcase a strong track record of extraordinary results in the areas of employee satisfaction and operational excellence, while supporting the completion of the property’s $15 million rooms re-imagination project in 2018.

In his new role, Sabermanesh will be responsible for the management and execution of all Rooms Operations’ day-to-day activities as well as operations for The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota Spa and renowned Club Lounge. Working alongside the dedicated Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, he will spearhead guest arrival and departure procedures and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, while striving to exceed guest and employee satisfaction.
