The St. Regis Deer Valley announces twelve new residences

Interest in Hotel Residences continues unabated; Eleven of Twelve Luxury Residences now under contract including 11.1M Penthouse.

PARK CITY, UTAH – The St. Regis Deer Valley announced plans to commence construction this spring on the second phase of The Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley | Snow Park. The new $66m. final phase planned at this iconic slope-side mountain resort includes twelve luxury residences in a five-story, 58,000 SF property. Demand has been remarkable with eleven of the twelve Residences under contract since the initial release in late 2022, including the extraordinary $11.1M Penthouse. The 4,754 SF Penthouse includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, five fireplaces, extensive outdoor decks with complete privacy and unobstructed views of the Wasatch Range.

Τhe new property is scheduled to open in late spring 2025. Phase I, a separate nine-residence, five-story property, opened in 2021 and was a $35 million sellout. Both Snow Park Residences buildings adjoin the St. Regis Deer Valley’s stunning Lower Resort Building with its famed funicular that connects to the Upper Resort Building and its world-class amenities. The Snow Park Residences are located adjacent to Snow Park Lodge, at the base of Deer Valley Resort and its renowned ski school.

The new Snow Park Residences will range in size from approximately 2,241 SF to 4,754 SF and are priced from $4.7 million to $11.1 million. The twelve residences, all with sunny southwest ski slope and mountain views, consist of four two-bedroom residences; seven three-bedroom residences; and the Penthouse, a stunning four-bedroom, 4,754 SF residence which includes extensive outdoor decks with complete privacy. Each residence will feature fireplaces in every bedroom and in the living room; a large snow-melt balcony off the living room as well as balconies off each bedroom, and dedicated, heated underground parking. Most residences also have one lock-off bedroom for optimal owner flexibility.
